I-85 is 1.0 mile to the SE.  GSP Airport is 0.5 mile to the SW.  A Norfolk Southern spur is 0.2 mile to the W.  The BMW Manufacturing Plant is 0.2 mile to the S.

The preference is to construct build-to-suit industrial facilities and lease them, but parcels are also available for sale and development by the purchaser.
