This building is planned for Site 2.

The site plan allows for future expansion by an additional 60,000 square feet.

Each 150,000sf building will include the following features:

• Ceiling height 28’.
• Bay spacing 50’ x 50’.
• Floor 6” concrete slab, 4,000 PSI.
• Roof 45-mil, white, mechanically fastened, TPO membrane with R-15 insulation and 10-year warranty.
• Walls tilt-up, load-bearing concrete, exterior painted.
• Heat gas-fired unit heaters.
• Ventilation 3 changes per hour.
• Dock doors 9’ x 10’, dock levelers available.
• Electrical 1,000-amp, 3-phase, 4-wire service panel.
• Lighting metal halide fixtures.
• Fire sprinklers ESFR.
• 130’ truck courts and parking areas.
• Lawn irrigation system.
• Completion within 6-7 months of receipt of building permit, depending upon facility size and complexity and time of year that work starts.
