Velocity Park totals 131 owned acres, in 4 parcels:

  1. 1. 11.10 acres – Available for immediate development.

  2. 2. 15.70 acres – Improved with an 11,108sf office-warehouse of a 1.5-acre parcel.  Currently, 14.2 adjacent acres are available for immediate build-to-suit development.

  3. 3. 38.22 acres – Available for immediate development and can combine with Tract 4 to total 105 acres.

  4. 4. 67.49 acres – Available for immediate development and adjacent to the sanitary sewer lift station.

  5. Sites 1 and 2 are contiguous (totaling 26+ acres), as are Sites 3 and 4 (totaling 105+ acres).

In May, 2012, Sites 3 and 4 were approved by the South Carolina Department of Commerce as “Certified Sites” for industrial development.  That means that all of the investigations, studies, and actions have been completed and certified, making the parcels "shovel ready" for development.

Parcels within Velocity Park are offered (a) for development and leasing or (b) for sale.

The preference is to develop and lease, but requests to sell developable parcels will be considered with acceptable companies.  Please click for the sale prices of parcels.
