Electricity is provided by Duke Energy.  Line voltage of 12470/7200 volts is available.  Velocity Park can be served from 3 separate electrical sub-stations.  Redundant power is available.

Water is available from Greer Commission of Public Works (CPW).  12” and 6” water lines are immediately adjacent.  A water service provider letter from Greer CPW may be reviewed.

Sanitary Sewer is also provided by Greer CPW.  An 8” line and a 4” force main are immediately adjacent.  In addition, a sewer lift station is located just off the northeast corner of Site 4.  A wastewater treatment owner letter from Greer CPW may be reviewed.

Natural Gas is available from Greer CPW.  4” and 2” natural gas lines are adjacent to the properties.

Telecommunications, Data, & Fiber are available from AT&T, Verizon, and other providers.  Two of AT&T’s fiber rings overlap at Velocity Park, allowing for redundant fiber services from AT&T.  A letter from AT&T may be viewed.
